Welcome to GameChanger! Over the past 4 years, we’ve helped hundreds of busy moms just like you who want to lose weight & tone up. We’ve developed a program that’s super simple & easy to get started with- it works for even the busiest mom’s schedule.

This Program Is Perfect For You If:

  • You haven’t worked out in 6 months or more because our program is custom designed to your needs. We won’t throw you into a workout program and expect you to keep up. We’ll work with you to find out what exercises are safe for you to do and which ones you should avoid doing. This will help us get the results you want without getting hurt.
  • You’re are sick of wasting time doing the same old boring gym routine without getting the results you want. Our program has a lot of variety in it so you’ll never get bored plus our coaches will be with you every step of the way so you’re never on your own. We’ll make sure the workouts are fun and that you’re getting results. All you have to do is show up.
  • You’ve given up fad diets, home workouts, gimmicky quick fix programs that don’t work. These programs promise you the world but they are just designed for selling you their next miracle program. At GameChanger, we provide long term solutions to busy adults who want to get results and keep their results.

Here’s How The Program Works in 3 Easy Steps:

Step 1: Schedule Your Complimentary 1- on-1 Personal Training Session

During your 1-on-1 session, we’re going to come up with a 30-day nutrition and training game plan that will jumpstart your fitness. We don’t prescribe crazy fad diets or dangerous diet pills – that’s what the other guys do. We’ll give you long term strategies to not only lose the weight, but also to keep the weight off. We’ll show you how you can get the results you want while still eating the foods you enjoy by making small tweaks to what you’re currently doing. You’ll leave this session with the action steps that will help you lose fat and get more toned, while increasing your energy. We’ll also do some exercise and discover exactly which exercises are safe for you to do and which exercises you should avoid doing. This allows us to modify and tweak your program to make sure you get a completely customized experience with us.

Step 2: Choose Your Program

At the end of this session, we’ll choose the best program for you to get started. In order to ensure that this is the right program for you, you’ll get to try it risk free for 30-days. Most busy adults like you workout with us 3 days a week, but this may vary depending on your starting point.

Step 3: Just Show Up

Once your 30-day Program begins, all you have to do is show up – we’ll show you exactly what to do and we’ll make sure you’re doing it right so you can get great results without worrying about getting hurt. We’ll coach you every step of the way so you’re never on your own. Each session is like having your own personal trainer and you’ll be working out with like minded individuals so it’s a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Honestly, we’d be surprised if you didn’t have questions so we’ve put together some frequently asked questions:

Q: “What type of training do we do at GameChanger?”

A: At GameChanger, we know you’re busy & don’t have a lot of time to workout and that’s why we do small group strength workouts. These 45-minute sessions are the most effective way to build lean muscle, while burning fat. So whether you want to lose weight or just tone up, this is the most effective training method. These sessions are just like personal training workouts: we’ll be with you every step of the way and tell you exactly what to do. We’ll make sure you’re doing everything with the proper technique so you don’t get hurt. You’ll be doing these in small groups of 6 or less adults per coach.

We also off Fat Burn Sessions. These are the best cardio workouts you can do. Unlike traditional cardio which is slow, steady and boring, these workouts are fast pace, high energy & intensity and are designed to burn the most amount of calories in the shortest time possible. These workouts have up to 20 adults in them.

Q: Will I be doing what everyone else is doing?

A: From Day 1, you’ll be doing a program that is perfectly suitable for you. The first session is a 1-on-1 workout so we can see where you are at physically. This will ensure that when you start our group sessions that you’ll be doing exercises geared towards your current level of fitness. You’ll feel like you’re getting a personal training session in a group atmosphere.

Our goal is to take the burden of going to the gym off your shoulders and put it onto ours. All you need to do is show-up. We’re going to show you exactly what to do, how to do it & coach you through it to make sure you are always using the appropriate amount of weight so you can get the best results possible, while staying injury free.

Q: Are you like Crossfit?

One of the most common questions we get from adults is “are your workouts similar to Crossfit”?

In a nutshell, no we are not like crossfit. We have our own proven training system that we use to get our adults results.

Crossift is a generic workout and not personalized to meet your specific needs. Crossfit workouts consist of very complicated lifts that take years to master and are very high intensity. There is no logical progression or regression to the workouts. Crossfit often consists of random workout of the days that do a good job at getting you tired but do not address your individual goals.   In our eyes this type of approach is a recipe for injury and it’s not how we do things at GameChanger.

At GameChanger we have a structured and guided yearly plan that is catered to your specific needs. We are with you every step of the way & you will never be alone.

Q: Are you like The MAX, Orange Theory or facilities like that?

A: Those facilities are more like fast food restaurants – you’re in and you’re out. Nobody knows your name and nobody is calling you if you don’t show up. We’re more of a high end upscale restaurant. We build relationships with each of our members. You aren’t just coming to us for workouts, you’re coming to us because you want the best coaching in town and you want the support and accountability needed to get the results you want. When you come in everyone will know your name and you’ll be part of the family from your first day.

Q: What should I expect on my first day?

A: Your first day with us will be a one hour 1-on-1 session. For the first part of the session, we will take you through various components of our program including: our warm-up & basic strength exercises. We’ll then finish off by showing you recovery techniques that we use to help you feel & move better. The next portion of the session will be our introduction to nutrition coaching. We’ll sit down with you & go over exactly how the nutrition coaching works & even give you some tips to get started!

Q: When do you offer sessions?

A: We conveniently offer sessions 7 days a week, and you don’t have to commit to any specific days or times, so scheduling is flexible and easy. All you need to do is schedule your sessions up to 1 hour before the session starts so we know you’re coming in and can prepare your workout. Check out our schedule below.

“I have been to a few different places over the years. I didn’t start exercising regularly until my early 30’s and went to group exercise classes for a long time. They were fun and good for cardio but didn’t help me to gain strength (which I didn’t realize was so important at the time).

A couple of years ago I started going to one of the commercial gyms and worked with a personal trainer and used the weight machines. It was great for a while but then I stopped using the trainer and just did my own workouts, which got boring very fast. I felt I was stagnating in my workouts and I knew I needed to find something else that would challenge me and keep me motivated.

I kept seeing the ads on Facebook and was very curious to try the Jumpstart. I really didn’t know anyone who went to GameChanger so I wasn’t sure about it, but when I met with Joe, I was immediately impressed with him and the whole program. I decided to try it and went as many days as I could during the Jumpstart and by the end, I was hooked.

Also, once I started going, I was very impressed with the level of communication from Joe and the other staff members. Having your trainer email you fitness or nutrition tips, or just check in to see how you’re doing, is a great motivator and just a generally nice personal touch.

I was extremely intimidated when I first started. Everybody seemed to know each other well and the weights seemed huge to me! The prowlers were unlike anything I had ever seen before. I had no idea what I was doing but it didn’t matter. I just did whatever the trainers told me to do and I was fine. I don’t really consider myself an athlete. I play tennis regularly and have had some level of fitness for almost 20 years (or so I thought), but I never thought I would be lifting the weights I am lifting and doing the workouts I do every day. GameChanger is just a completely different, and awesome, experience, unlike any other place I have ever worked out in!

Now that I’ve been at GameChanger for over a year, I can say that I feel like a different person. I am so much stronger and more fit than I was in the past. Plus, I am down 12 lbs since this February.

I can’t say enough about the trainers and how wonderful they are. They know exactly what my issues and injuries are and work with me so that I still get a great workout. They also challenge me to keep working harder and continue to make more progress. My tennis game has also improved, as I am stronger when hitting the ball and I can move faster on the court.

The other thing I think is great is the way they bring in interns and get them involved in the everyday activities of the gym. They train them, let them run their own workouts and get great experience they will use in their own careers. GameChanger also gives back to the community with fundraising workouts, which I have not seen anywhere else.

I train at GameChanger 5 days a week because I am now committed to my own health and fitness. But, I also like to eat, so I know I have to exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am so glad I found GameChanger because they are just as committed as I am. The level of support is beyond anything I expected and I continue to be challenged with every workout. They put just as much effort in as I do, which I appreciate.

“Before I found GameChanger, I basically spent a month or two looking into programs and gyms but never could actually pull the trigger to try anything.

As the weather was getting cold and I could not longer go for walks after school, I knew I needed to make a change and that was when I chose GameChanger. I was just feeling sluggish, my clothes were getting tight, the holidays were quickly approaching, and I felt ready to make the change.

I kept seeing buzz for GameChanger online and wanted to learn more. I noticed that two of my friends (Lorena Barbosa and Terri Hecht) were members and I reached out to them to get some feedback – of course, they both gave glowing reviews.

Once I met with Joe for my initial meeting, I knew the Jumpstart was something I needed.

I started with Jumpstart, but within the first week I knew GameChanger provided a program that worked for me.

The first thing I noticed is how friendly everyone is and how quickly the trainers are able to learn everyone’s name.

The second thing that was an immediate draw for me is that from the minute I walk in I am told what exercises to do – & the instructors are very knowledgeable and really keep an eye on your form.

The third difference – one I feel most important – is that all the exercises are individualized to meet my level of fitness & ability, and the coaches push you just enough so after class you will know what muscles you worked, but not so much that you are so sore and can’t walk.

Before GameChanger, I was not feeling good about my body or how I looked – it’s all too easy to have low self-esteem. That can have a negative effect on all areas of your life including, your career, and your goals and aspirations. But when you start to exercise and see your body transform, that can quickly change.
